Oatmeal Bites

Oatmeal Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ¼ cup flaxseed or poppy seeds
  • ¼ cup Craisins (optional)
 
Directions:
  1. In large bowl mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll out teaspoon sized balls and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze balls until set (about 1 hour).
  4. Keep leftovers in fridge or freezer.
 
Preparation Time: 1 hour allowing for freezing time
