Your body relies on you to supply it with the right amount of nutrients so it can function properly and provide you with the energy you need to get through the day. Eating fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains will help you feel strong and energized. Processed foods that are too sweet, salty, have a lot of fat or have empty calories will ultimately make you feel tired and weak.
