My favorite wellness app is MyFitnessPal. I find logging things keeps me accountable because it reminds me to be consistent. It keeps me aware of what I’m actually doing! I was also looking for an app that is easy to use and when it comes to entering my activity or and entering or scanning the bar code of my food choices, this one is.
