Finding a life balance can be hard for many people. There is only a limited number of hours per day and many ways to spend it. Too often, saying “yes” to everything can leave someone tired, irritable, and overwhelmed. A way to figure out what activities help your energy levels and what can hurt them is by making a list of the activities you do during the day, Next to each item, mark a plus (+) or a minus (-) depending on how it affects your energy and mood. Look over the list and decide which activities you can change in order to simplify your life and help you feel better!
