Do you find yourself circling the lot for the closest parking spot when you get to work?
Try parking farther away and taking advantage of the extra walking time. Not only will you get more exercise by walking farther each day, but you will also have a few extra minutes to clear your mind before heading into the office. If your worksite has a large parking lot, start small.
Each day park father away until you have reached the last space in the lot. If you are worried about walking in dress shoes, wear tennis shoes into work and change when you make it to your desk. Before you know it, you won’t remember what it was like to park close.
