Do you find yourself snacking on “fun size” candy items out of Halloween baskets often? Maybe you even have a candy dish at your work desk around Halloween.
Anything that small seems harmless, right? Wrong! While the small sizes of candy might seem harmless, you will be surprised at the amount of exercise it takes to burn off the candy you ate. Check out the link below for a chart on popular candy items and exercises to burn those calories off.
