Make a life commitment: Take the Pledge to a healthier future!

Make your Pledge SIMPLE and ATTAINABLE. Choose something you can routinely do to live a healthier life within your family or your community. Write it down. Take some inspiration by some popular pledges:

  • . Eat vegetables every day.
  • . Walk for 30 minutes 5 times a week.
  • . Drink 5 glasses of water during my workday.
  • . Sleep at least 8 hours each night.
  • . Have fruit for breakfast.
  • . Plan out meals each Sunday for the week ahead.
  • . Organize a moms' walking group.
  • . Coordinate a neighborhood basketball team.
