Make a life commitment: Take the Pledge to a healthier future!
Make your Pledge SIMPLE and ATTAINABLE. Choose something you can routinely do to live a healthier life within your family or your community. Write it down. Take some inspiration by some popular pledges:
- . Eat vegetables every day.
- . Walk for 30 minutes 5 times a week.
- . Drink 5 glasses of water during my workday.
- . Sleep at least 8 hours each night.
- . Have fruit for breakfast.
- . Plan out meals each Sunday for the week ahead.
- . Organize a moms' walking group.
- . Coordinate a neighborhood basketball team.
